SpyFu.com’s New Tool Uses PPC Dollars Spent to Value Organic Rankings

Have yet to test this new analysis tool from SpuFu.com, but it looks very promising.  A mentor of mine Paul Allen, said this method is one of the best ways to validate the use of SEO inside of a business. Using the dollar spent data from PPC, one can determine the value of ranking organically for that term.

Some studies I have read,  even say that you get a even more traffic for having both PPC and organic listings for the same search term. I know for a fact that having multiple web pages listed organically in a SERP, such as a double or indented listing can bring double the amount of traffic. So adding PPC or adding getting ranked for a search term you are bidding on can actually have an almost exponential effect.

This is probably more true with less web savvy users of search engines. As they pay less attention to the advertisements on websites. So you might see more success with this tactic with people searching for “cute yorkie puppies” vs those looking for “xml sitemap generators“.

I merely dabble in PPC so I have yet to test this for myself. But many of my comrades in arms claim it is a valid strategy and wroth testing. Choosing those words should be easy using this tool and your own internal data.

Ok the given website is a good Blog But let’s talk briefly first about SEO.The problems that can be assessed can sometimes vary from one SEO consultant to another, but they will more or less address an issue that is clearly visible to them which hampers your success online. A website plays a very important role in promoting your entire business in front of your followers. For the modern day business world, competition is its second name and business owners need to brand their products strategically for getting competitive advantage for the better Ranking of your Website….

James,

Even though optimizing branding campaigns (yes this includes the client’s website), has nothing to do with SpyFu’s new tool and how using it can help you find ROI keywords faster, I will indulge writing a reply to you.

Your so way off topic, it makes me feel like your spamming my blog. How does that help my brand? How are you helping me by leaving a spamy comment? On top of that, how are you helping my community of website users by doing so?

I wonder how your brand looks to me now? It looks like you didn’t read my post, didn’t care to actually add value to the discourse community. You think that because your your in the UK this won’t effect how people view your brand. Your crazy.

BTW, I removed your link… sorry you earned nothing.
